Curriculum

Days of study: Sunday to Thursday

Subjects

  • Development of communication skills in Arabic Grammar topics chosen to suit each groupDiscussion of literary texts suitable to each level Perusal of daily gazettes and discussing their contents as a means to improve communication
  • Learning the Ruqa script of Arabic calligraphyExposure to Jordanian culture by learning the Jordanian dialect
  • With the possibility of modifying the topics, syllabus and core books to accommodate that which aligns with your approach and goals
  • We have a special media department program (for advanced levels)
  • and it includes:
  • Exposure to media language by developing press writing skills and reading and analyzing news articles.
  • Participating in practical exercises in radio and television presentation.
  • Reading the daily newspapers and discussing their content to practice conversational skills.

Study levels: The program consists of multiple levels suitable for students of each specific study stage, and the levels are determined based on a placement test

Discussion sessions will be held in the evening, covering a variety of topics, and they are free for students (two sessions per week).

  • There will be between 10 and 12 students in each class. This offer is for groups of 15 or more students.
  • A free seat is given to each group of at least 15 students (The tuition fee is waived for one student)Fees include tuition and transportation to and from the airport in private buses.
  • The student is given a certificate from the centre at the end of the program

TOURIST TRIPS

Tours are also available if desired. Our program includes three trips outside Amman and four inside Amman.

1. PETRA, WADI RUM AND AQABA

This includes touring Petra and then going to Wadi Rum to watch the sunset on its red sands. The students will stay for dinner and breakfast, then set off the next day to Aqaba to see its markets, and sail aboard a ship in the Red Sea. Then they will have lunch and return to Amman.

2. MADABA AND THE DEAD SEA

The students will go to Madaba to visit Mount Nebo and then go to the Dead Sea where they will have lunch and spend the evening.

3. JERASH AND AJLOUN

The students will visit the ancient ruins of Jerash and then the castle of Ajloun.

The trips inside Amman will be as follows:

1. Downtown Amman and the Roman Amphitheater 2. The Citadel Mountain.3. The Sleepers of the Cave4. The Hijaz Railway.

STUDENT ACCOMMODATION

  • Students will be housed in comfortable private apartments equipped with all domestic requirements including water, electricity, and internet, with proximity to services.
  • We will recommend the best restaurants, or secure meals provided that the student pays for them as they are not included in the program fees.
  •  The supervising professor accompanying the group is exempted from housing and tourist trip fees
